Sangak Flour

Sangak flour has a bran content of 6.5 - 11.5% which is extracted from  endosperm and a part of the shell. Due to its nutritional properties, this type of flour has a higher percentage of protein and fiber compared to Taftoon Lavash flour . The shelf life of this type of flour is 2 months under standard conditions.
