This type of flour has a much lighter color than other flours and its husking rate is between 31-50%. The grain size is adjusted according to the needs of buyers and consumers, and the protein and gluten in this flour is less than star and baking flour. The fiber value of this flour is low and its shelf life is predicted to be 2 months under standard conditions.
